Overview

KLR was never just a business idea. It started with a friendship — and a shared belief that people, not processes, are what make the difference. As we celebrate 10 years, we’re proud of the culture we’ve built: one rooted in curiosity, courage, and a genuine desire to grow — together. This is the story of how we turned a simple idea into a thriving company, one bold step at a time.

This year marks a big milestone for us at KLR: 10 years since we started this adventure. It’s the perfect moment to pause, take a breath, and reflect on how far we’ve come — and, more importantly, why we’ve come this far.

KLR was born from something simple and powerful: A friendship between people from very different cultures and backgrounds, and an idea about doing business differently — with people at the centre.

From the very beginning, that mix of diversity, curiosity, and mutual respect shaped who we are. We didn’t set out with a grand business plan. We started with a belief: if we bring the right people together — people who care, who listen, who are open to learning — we can build something special. And we did.

The Power of Curiosity(and a Little Bit of Courage)

We quickly understood that experience on paper wasn’t going to be the key to our success. The world changes fast — technologies, markets, people’s needs — and you can’t face that with rigid expertise alone. What we needed was something different: curiosity, flexibility, the courage to jump in and figure things out along the way.

Our work is highly specific — there’s no university degree in “loyalty solutions,” no ready-made experts waiting to be hired. So instead of chasing the impossible, we focused on what was right in front of us: people with potential, with energy, with a hunger to grow.

We built a culture around “learning by doing” — because real growth happens on the job, in real projects, with real clients. That mindset didn’t just help us evolve internally — it became part of how we work with our clients too. We grow together, side by side, adapting and improving with every step.

Growing a Team, Growing a Culture

When we brought people into the KLR family, we looked for something very specific: a willingness to learn.

That’s it.

More than any title, diploma or past role, we valued the mindset — that inner drive to keep pushing forward, to ask questions, to try, fail, learn, and try again.

What we’ve built together isn’t just a team — it’s a culture. A place where people feel safe to share ideas, to challenge each other, to be themselves. We’ve created an environment where everyone can take ownership of their path, contribute their unique strengths, and support each other along the way.

We’re not a “copy-paste” company. And honestly, we’re proud of that. We’ve never wanted to follow a standard template. We want to keep creating, experimenting, listening. That’s how we’ve managed to deliver smart, impactful loyalty solutions — not by repeating what others do, but by designing what each client really needs.

What Comes Next

Looking back, what moves me most is the community we’ve built. Not just inside KLR, but with our clients and partners across Europe. So many relationships built on trust, transparency, and shared ambition. These are more than business connections — they’re real partnerships, and in many cases, real friendships.

As we celebrate this anniversary, I feel incredibly grateful. To the team — past and present — who’ve given their best, who’ve grown with us, who’ve made KLR what it is. To our clients, who’ve believed in us, challenged us, and grown with us too. To everyone who’s been part of the ride — thank you.

Here’s to 10 amazing years. And here’s to the future — to new challenges, new ideas, and many more shared successes. We’re just getting started.
