Our Head of Logistics, Nina Bjelivuk, celebrates 10 years with KLR by sharing her personal experience of growing alongside the company. From the early days of a two-person team to becoming part of a thriving international business, Nina reflects on the challenges, achievements, loyalty, and human connections that have made her journey with KLR so meaningful.

Celebrating 10 years with KLR is a very special and emotional milestone for me. When I joined the company, we were only two people, starting to build something new step by step. There was a lot of learning, a lot of effort, and also a lot of belief that something great could grow from those early days. Today, seeing that we have grown into a team of so many people makes me incredibly proud, because I have had the privilege to experience this journey almost from the very beginning. Over the years, KLR has become much more than just a workplace for me. It has been a place where I was able to grow, learn, and face many challenges together with an amazing team. There were moments of hard work, but also many achievements that we celebrated together. What always stood out to me was the spirit of collaboration and the trust between people. Working in loyalty campaigns has always had a special meaning for me. Our projects help large retail chains connect with their customers in a more engaging way, turning everyday shopping into a rewarding experience. When customers collect stickers and finally redeem them for products they are excited about, it creates a small moment of happiness. Knowing that our work contributes to those experiences and helps retailers build stronger relationships with their customers makes me truly passionate about what we do. The People Behind the Journey

What makes these ten years even more meaningful are the people. KLR has always been a place where I felt supported not only professionally, but also personally. During different moments in my life, I always knew I had understanding, encouragement, and people around me who genuinely cared.
